Innovations are often decisive for success and can also be the key to a sustainable corporate strategy geared towards the future. At Brüninghoff, this notion is not only firmly anchored at strategic level, it is also anchored at personnel level. The company has recognised that continuous development of new ideas and technologies is decisive for remaining competitive in a fast-changing world. Brüninghoff is further consolidating and expanding its position as pioneer in the construction industry based on systematic innovation management.
A significant part of this strategy is the integration of experienced specialists in the team around Dr. Jan Wenker, Group Director Sustainability & Innovation. Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Eckhard Judith has therefore been project manager for innovation and concrete development since September 2024. He brings valuable expertise to the team with his extensive experience in the testing of construction materials and concrete and in quality assurance. During his career he has held leading roles in the area of construction consultancy and product development. Dr.-Ing. Franziska Struck has been a welcome addition to the team since July 2024. As junior professor for circular construction at Münster University of Applied Sciences and employee at Brüninghoff, she can continue to bridge the divide between theory and practice at Brüninghoff based on her unique skillset that combines academic knowledge and practical experience.
