How quickly can a house be designed and built? There is no simple answer to this question. However, over many years we have learned that designing and manufacturing constructing components for our projects takes the most time, while the construction phase itself can be realised very quickly. Ultimately, you can only be satisfied if we clearly answer all of your questions during the planning phase.

But how can we explain this need to the builders? The best way is to use a “living object” as an example. That’s how we came up with the idea of the “Hosentaschenhaus” (trouser pocket) – a small puzzle that quickly and simply illustrates our point: the intelligence behind the structure determines the speed of the construction phase and its execution quality.
