OPHARDT R + D GMBH & CO. KG

In constructing a multi-story office building, Brüninghoff provided Ophardt R + D with an unusual, partial turnkey solution paired with its own architectural service. Even the breathtaking spiral staircase is not just an eye-catcher, but a special construction. The staircase is firmly anchored, but the concrete pontoon is raised and lowered according to the water level, which can vary by up to eleven metres. By building of this unique office the provider of solid aluminium yachts has expanded its place of location and has multiplied additional value to the harbour ambiance at the same time.
