Brüninghoff is taking part in the Borken district’s ÖKOPROFIT project

Partnership for implementing the climate protection concept

Heiden, 9/30/2010. As an innovative construction service provider, Brüninghoff is always looking for new ideas to improve its own work processes in an environmentally friendly way. The commercial and industrial building company’s latest contribution to environmental protection will come from implementing the specialised knowledge it gained from the Borken district’s ÖKOPROFIT project.

This project is a joint initiative by the Borken district, the business development association for the Borken district, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce for North Westphalia, the NRW efficiency agency and the participating commercial enterprises from the Borken district. In a period of twelve months, Brüninghoff will work together with the cooperation partners to develop numerous environmental and climate protection measures that will help implement the climate protection concept for the Borken district.

Through this exchange of experiences, Brüninghoff expects to strengthen its contacts on site, share its own experiences with the project participants and benefit from their experiences. The enriched knowledge will help the industrial and hall construction company gain new approaches for minimising operational risks. This will create job security in the long term.
