Brüninghoff erected one of Germany’s most modern company day-care facilities for the public utilities company RWE. The construction performances comprised the planning and turnkey realisation of a 2,170m_ large, single-storey day-care centre with an indoor playing area and outdoor and playing facilities. The day-care centre concept which was developed by Brüninghoff and Dr. Ilse Wehrmann is based on a seamless connection between optimal functionality and playing, learning and well-being worlds which are designed with variety in mind. A 700m_ large interior courtyard with a transparent membrane roof and glass facades form the centre.
