A process-optimization solution was to be designed for the real estate management company Hörr & Hörr Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG in the form of the construction of a new turnkey warehouse and logistics centre. The commission comprised the planning work and the turnkey construction of the automatic high-bay warehouse with connected picking and incoming/outgoing goods zones in addition to an adjacent two-storey office building for the administration and the client areas, together with the integration of parking spaces and access.
