For the construction of three new single-family homes, Brüninghoff gave Crecelius GmbH a visually appealing pitch-roof structure with stacked stories. The 360 sqm living area, designed by architect Stratos Hatziioanidis, was realised by innovative construction company Brüninghoff. Thanks to the successive prefabrication of wood-frame construction walls and subsequent assembly on site, the Heiden-located construction specialist managed a short construction time of only four months.
